Warranty and goods return
We guarantee the highest quality of our products, including materials and labour. As the efficiency and operation time of parts of machinery and devices depend on their application, assembly and operation conditions, which are unknown to us, we cannot provide operation time guarantee on our products.
What if I want to cancel my order?
You have the right to cancel your order within 10 days of the date on the invoice if the goods were bought from our stock. You cannot cancel your order for any goods imported on request.
If you wish to cancel your order, please note that it is your responsibility to ensure that the goods are returned unused and it the original package. You will then receive a full refund of the price you have paid, excluding the delivery charge
What if my order arrives incomplete?
If any of the goods you have ordered are missing on delivery, please contact us by phone and the person responsible for handling your order will help you. The missing items will be delivered immediately or the invoice will be amended.
What if I want to make a complaint?
Every single complaint is given our special attention and any items found defective are sent back to their manufacturer for a more exact examination to find the cause of the defect.

What if the goods are damaged when delivered?
We make sure that all the products we send to our customers are of the best quality. If any faults or mechanical damage are found in the delivered goods, which may have been caused during transportation, please report it to the courier, and indicate the problem on the delivery bill. Any items in which mechanical damage is found upon delivery must be returned immediately to us at our expense. We will then replace the defective goods.
