Can I collect the goods personally?

Yes. Please choose the option "Personal collection" and the preferable location in an order form. The hours when the products can be picked up depends on the location.

Personal collection from Plewiska
Please choose "Personal collection from Plewiska" in the order form. It is possible to collect the parcel any time, 24h/day but please, if you wanted to pick up the goods after 4pm or at weekend, note it in comments field in the order form. The collection is possible straight after the order is made.

Personal collection from Katowice
Please choose "Personal collection from Katowice" in the order form. It is possible to collect the parcel  the next working day, Monday to friday from 11.00 till 16.00 and any following day from 7.00-16.00. In case of the collection time earlier than standard you will be informed via e-mail.
