HIWIN Corporation is a global manufacturer and distributor of Linear Motion Control products including Ballscrews, linear guideways, linear actuators, linear motors, single axis robots, AC Servo motors & Drives, Positioning Measurement Systems and Crossed Roller Bearings.



HIWIN is considered the first company to be capable of manufacturing the highest accuracy grades recognized by ISO and DIN standards as well as transportation grade rolled ballscrews. Only a limited number of companies have the ability to make JIS grade 0 (0.0035mm/300mm) lead accuracy ballscrews. HIWIN manufacturs rolled ballscrews to JIS grade 5 (0.018/300mm) tolerance. Since 1989, HIWIN has grown to include six manufacturing facilities in Taiwan and one in Germany. HIWIN is currently one of the leading ballscrew manufactures in the European and Asian markets. HIWIN supplies many hi-tech industries with critical components for machine tools, medical equipment, vending machinery, material handling, and the automotive industry to name a few.
