Flexible couplings are used to transmit torque from one shaft to another while permitting some radial, axial, and angular misalignment. They can accommodate varying degrees of misalignment up to 3°. In addition, they can be used for vibration damping or noise reduction.

• Flexible Couplings Desch Habix- Couplings of increased durability, distorsion-free up to the breaking load of the cast iron jaws, insuring a maximum of operational safety. They are highly resistant against wear, oil, ozone or aging, they absorb efficiently shockloads, torsional vibrations and noises. The flexible element of the couplings has been designed to compensate radial, axial and angular movements between the coupling-halves. This clutchhas a very good cross country performance and durability and is approved for continuous operation intemperaturesfrom-40° C to+90 °C. • Flexible Couplings Desch Hadeflex- Claw couplings with a flexible pad that connects the two shafts. Coupling is recommended for continuous operation in temperatures from-20 °C to+80 °C. Available Design: Types of performances: the standard two-piece package (FW), standard3- part package (FNW), standard (non-Tapersleeve) with insert (XW), the execution of the sleeve and insert Taper(TX).

• ElasticCouplingsHRCDesch- Clawcouplings with a flexible pad that connects the two shafts. Coupling is recommended for continuous operation in temperatures from-20 °C to+80 °C. Desch's HRC Couplings are widely used in machine building, wherever it is required fora reliable connection between the motor and working machine.

• FlexibleCouplingsDeschOrpex- used as acoupling compensation in applications requiring a reliable torque transmission.They are broading scope, may also working ever sing movement.
