CNC machining

Basic information

The comprehensive CNC machining service at Albeco includes:

- precise turning and milling machining

- precise shaft and guides cutting

- preparation of the product along with the standards needed for the installing

We provide turning and milling machining of shafts, roller and trapezoidal screws as well as other machine parts basing on:

- blueprints provided by the client

- patterns, e.g. damaged or worn machine parts

- drawings provided by Albeco engineers

WE PROVIDE UNIT AND SERIAL PRODUCTION

The scope of works available in the ALBECO CNC machining offer:

Tasks using an additional axis and driven tools, inernal and external grooves milling
Milling of various types of surfaces

2. Turning:

turning the pivots up to approx. 700mm, on long shafts up to 6000mm, turning objects up to diameters of Ø81 (through out spindle)
