The INDUSTRY department of Schaeffler conducts commercial activities as usual.

The company does not anticipate any significant new difficulties in supplying customers with products.

The Automotive Aftermarket department has suspended deliveries to its customers for 6-17.04.2020.

The workflow of the production plants and warehouses in Italy has been suspended.

Company order systems operate unchanged, while the realization and sending will resume when the companies return to the ordinary workflow.

The manufacturer suspends the work of plants and warehouses in Europe until at least April 1st.

Due to the situation in France and according to the statement of the President of France, the TME factory operations were temporarily suspended until March 31, 2020. At the same time, all EDC logistics are still functioning. The situation can change at any time.

Accuride is still in operation, receiving and shipping the orders of the highest quality to our customers throughout Europe.

Bearing in mind the difficult situation in many production plants and the state of epidemic threat introduced, we ensure that we are carrying out emergency deliveries at all times. Our employees are watching around the clock to, among others pharmaceutical or food companies could maintain production continuity and make necessary supplies without hindrance. In the event of a breakdown in pharmaceutical or other plants operating to fight a pandemic, we handle emergency calls as the highest priority.

What's more, we have introduced procedures in our company that will allow us to maintain the safety and health of our customers and employees:

1. We suggest buying online instead of the classic (traditional/personal) visit to our facilities.

2. When buying in our branches, we encourage you to pay by card using contactless (non-contact) payment.

3. We limited the number of people served in the salesroom. We have increased the distance between the Customer and the Sales Specialist by using barrier tapes.

4. We have introduced stricter OHS rules. In our company, we use hand disinfectants and wear gloves in the warehouse as well.

Current time is also a challenge for our business partners.

Product stocks in Albeco warehouses allow for unhindered processing of our clients' orders, however, difficulties related to the epidemic may cause some delays in logistics. Some suppliers suspend their operations or supplies are suspended.

Foreign express delivery has also been extended.

Thus, in the "news" tab in the window at the top of the page, we will keep you updated on the situation of our producers.
